  13. I'm using AppleScan to scan some 2-in photos, and the resolution is 300dpi.
  14. The photos appeared "ok" on a 13" RGB, but I am looking for some HIGHER
  15. resolution scanning since the photos are of delicate details.

  17. On the other hand, I'm trying to print them out on laser printers, but the
  18. result is FAR from satisfactory. I want to get a smoother grayscale and
  19. HIGHER resolutions instead of packed dots. o.. I'm printing with Pagemaker4.0.

  21. Does anyone know of a better scanning software and ways for printing them ?
  22. ALL I want is every photo is SMOOTH.
