- Rules? What rules? Using Internet is like programming the Mac --
- there's a whole pile of _guidelines_ which you may choose to
- ignore if you so wish, but if you do, lots of people won't like
- it very much. There are no _rules_. And the only person who can
- kick someone off the net is the sysadmin for that particular
- site. Internet is not an organisation (thank god).
