  19. Rules? What rules? Using Internet is like programming the Mac --
  20. there's a whole pile of _guidelines_ which you may choose to
  21. ignore if you so wish, but if you do, lots of people won't like
  22. it very much. There are no _rules_. And the only person who can
  23. kick someone off the net is the sysadmin for that particular
  24. site. Internet is not an organisation (thank god).

  26. I will agree, however, that it is a violation of netiquette to
  27. post private email without prior permission.
