- (emergency question posting for a friend)
- HELP! My mac classic server crashed, and it gives me the unhappy
- mac startupscreen plus some 0000000F and 00000003 numbers below it.
- It was working fine until I restarted and got the bad news.
- Mac classic 1/40 with 6.0.7, partitioned with silverlining, running
- appleshare v.2.0.1 print- and file-servers.
- I can't boot off a floppy because the crash comes before it checks the
- drives (hard or floppy).
-
- Help needed, send all-knowing answers to Cohen@spot.colorado.edu and I'll
- pass them on.

- (non-emergency question)
- Can anyone recommend an easy Excel 3.0/4.0 learning book for giving to a
- computer illiterate parents who wishes to learn how to use Excel for doing
- spreadsheets and small database work? Easy, down-to-earth instructions are
- a must.
