- I'm sorry about the mangled posting. I'm really not sure what
- happened. I posted it as usual from pilot.njin.net and checked it at my
- normal site, tesla.njit.edu. At Tesla the FAQ made it into
- comp.sys.mac.misc unmangled so I assumed it was O.K. and headed off for a
- week's vacation in New Orleans. After waiting out hurricane Andrew, I
- returned and began catching up on news when I discovered to my surprise
- that the FAQ was mangled (here at Tesla) in comp.sys.mac.apps and
- comp.sys.mac.system though not in comp.sys.mac.misc. I have no idea why
- this occurred, but I'll be reposting it and cancelling the old post
- shortly. If anyone knows what might have caused this and can suggest how I
- might avoid this in the future I'd appreciate the advice.
