- These are simply the advertised prices (Compaq doesn't quote prices in
- their ads and is in serious trouble anyway). These are not "Bottom of the
- Line" systems either, merely Dell and Gateway's 486/33 offerings. Prices
- are not what they used to be. Please be more careful when stating
- generalizations about quality and price.
