- I think the problem here is the Parameter RAM (PRAM). The old PRAM settings
- you had on the old board are not transferred to the new one. This can most
- likely be fixed by going to the monitors control panel, setting colours to B&
- W then changing them back to 256. Play around with this and it should
- change it back, it did for me (I zapped my PRAM).
