- 1) In ms-Word I have the key pad mapped so when I hit ctrl-# it:
- subscripts - go to 7 pt - types the # - go to 10pt - normal position
- the same for superscripts but with the command key instead.
- This speeds up equations 10 fold.

- 2) Run all my frequently used programs & control panels with a keypress
