  14.    I found that whenever I call an XCMD/XFCN, hyperCard will change the  
  15. cursor to a watch.
  16.    Here are the questions:

  18.       How I can over ride it (for those buildin XCMDs like 'picture')?
  19.       How can I animate the cursor in my XCMD/XFCN (I'm using 'C')?
  20.       Is there a way to get a global variable in my XCMD/XFCN and
