- A little more detail... I found a way of recording a sound and installing
- it in a text file (Not an HC stack). Now I need to bring that resource
- online so that I can play it using the play command or play it using
- some XCMD or XFCN that'll play a sound resource thats outside of a stack.
- I do not want to:
- copy the resource to the stack then play it
- install the sound in an extra stack and "start using extra stack" and then
- play it.
- Any suggestions? The whole point of this is to make 1 file and 1 file only
- that is created by one stack and read by another. This file includes tons
- of parameters, resources, picts, etc, that are created by the one stack
- and used by the other, instead of tons of different files any of which could
- be separated from the other associated stuff. I wanna encapsulate all these
- things and also keep all these things hidden from the end user (no reason
- to burden them with any extra junk).
- TIA. Jeff.
