  26. I have a similar configuration: ColorServer PDS/30-17 (for SE/30, 17"
  27. monitors) and the Sony 1404S (which is called 1304S in the USA, I
  28. think). I usually use 832x624 and I am very satisfied with it. The Sony
  29. has a sharp picture, colors are ok. The VGA cable of the Sony plugs
  30. directly into the VGA adapter of the Lapis card, no additional adapter
  31. required.
  32. BUT...
  33. You need the ColorServer 2-19 to display 1024x768 since the 2-17s
  34. maximal resolution is 832x624. I don't know if it is good to look at
  35. 1024x768 on a 13" display for a long time, I think 832x624 is small enough.
