- My wife teachs kindergarten and uses a donated mac (old 512k model) with her
- students. The floppy drives, both internal and the external unit, fail to
- eject the disk when dragging the icon to the trash can. They both make an
- attempt, as demonstrated by the mechanical sounds, but the disk simply
- resettles in the drive.

- As many of you know CA does not fund schools well, so taking it down to
- the local mac shop is out. Anybody familiar with this kind of problem and
- better yet, does anyone have suggested repairs. We can handle the work.
