  19. Are you sure HP still offers the upgrade?  An HP techie that I talked to 
  20. at MacWorld said that they were no longer offering the upgrade.  He said 
  21. that they were coming out with a new product in the fall and hinted that 
  22. the B&W DW would have some upgrade offer related to the new product.
