- If you want to measure the dc resistance looking into one of the BNC ports
- of these units, you need to first connect a length of BNC cable to one of
- the ports to unterminate that side, then connect your ohmmeter to the open
- end of the cable. Should be 50 ohms or so now. Since there are two BNC
- ports on the transceiver and if you don't put a cable on one of them, then
- both auto-terminators will be activated and you will see the 25 ohms you
- described. I think your transceiver cables were fine.
