  22.     You must format the drive with the proper interleave ratio (for Mac+
  23. that's 1:1) or else you may get frequent disk errors. I have a Mac+ and a 
  24. LaCie Cirrus 80M external, and I love it. It's formatted at 1:1, and it's 
  25. fast enough for anything I need that my Plus can do. I have never found access
  26. time to be the problem - it's more like CPU speed, at least for me. 
  27.     I run rather large spreadsheets and Word documents. That's what's 
  28. killing me. We'll see what October has to offer.....
