- Bonjour, everyone.
- I've seen in the Sept issue of MacUser and ad for the NEC CDR-73,
- it was advertised at $399 by Tiger software (+ $79 for the interface card).
- I remember this dirve was the best cd-rom drive over the market till NEC
- introducet the CDR 83M (or whatever). It has an access time of 300 ms and
- a data flow of 150kb/sec. Is there a trap somewhere ?, i know that Tiger
- software has a rather good reputation, but who knows ?; the price is too
- good to be true (i've seen the same drive advertised at a much higher price
- by several other mail order places). So do you think i should go with it ?,
- any reports about the drive will be appreciated.
