- I received my Bernoulli MacTransportable Pro 90 from Iomega today and
- installed it in my IIfx.. Despite mixed opinion within Iomega as whether
- or not the internally-terminated drive would work with the IIfx, it works
- fine.
-
- It seems to be very fast and pretty quiet. I am thoroughly impressed with
- this drive -- especially at the dirt-cheap street price, $499.
-
- If anyone is looking for more storage capacity, and is considering flopticals,
- you might want to consider this drive instead. Flopticals (magneto-opticals)
- are still very expensive and the performance is poor compared to standard
- hard drives. This Bernoulli drive really does offer unlimited storage
- potential at a decent price.
-
- If anyone wants more info or has questions, e-mail me. I don't seem to be
- having any problems using it on the IIfx.
