- I was checking out my SE/30 in preparation for selling it when I realized that
- it wouldn't format/erase any floppies! I knew it was sensitive to bad sectors,
- but this is ridiculous! It reads and writes fine, but when it gets to the
- "Creating Directory" part of an erase or initialize, it says "Initialization
- Failed!" and pops out my floppy.

- I've heard that this could be a logic board problem (say it isn't so!) Could
- anyone offer advice as to what the problem could be and estimated cost for
- repair?
