- This is not true. When Apple came out with HFS and the original Hard Disk 20
- the 512 (Fat Mac) was the top of the line; I had one. They provided a
- RAM-based version of HFS which was called "Hard Disk 20". Put this file
- in your System Folder and your Mac 512 will recognize an external
- 800K drive. Unfortunately, as I recall the RAM-based HFS was a little buggy.
- Anyway, if you get a copy of System 3.2/Finder 5.3 (I *think*) you should
- have these capabilities for your Mac 512.
