  18. This is not true.  When Apple came out with HFS and the original Hard Disk 20
  19. the 512 (Fat Mac) was the top of the line; I had one.  They provided a 
  20. RAM-based version of HFS which was called "Hard Disk 20".  Put this file
  21. in your System Folder and your Mac 512 will recognize an external
  22. 800K drive.  Unfortunately, as I recall the RAM-based HFS was a little buggy.
  23. Anyway, if you get a copy of System 3.2/Finder 5.3 (I *think*) you should
  24. have these capabilities for your Mac 512.
