  23. For the lurkers:  The Dual Standard you refer to is from the USR Courier line.
  24.  Their Sportster line is USR's "value" line (if you will).  Yes, it's true,
  25. the Courier line is superior to the Sportster line.

  27. However, I was responding to someone looking for "the best modem" in the Zoom
  28. Supra range.  The Sportster is USR's answer to the new inexpensive faxmodems,
  29. but it's been around much longer, and is made by a company with much more
  30. experience in high speed modems.  It's only at most $50 more than the Supras
  31. of the world, but gives much better performance than that $50 would belie.
