- It is noticeably slower on an SE. In my experience,
- it takes close to 2 minutes too boot up under system 7,
- (compared to 20 seconds under system 6).
- It just feels very sluggish, about 30-40% slower even when
- it's not accessing the disk.
- The menu is also much less responsive.
- I switched back to system 6 after about 3 weeks.
- I'll probably switch to system 7 when I can afford a
- faster machine and all the software upgrades.
