  21. For more versatility, you may want to investigate SQL*Net from Oracle.  I
  22. was at an Apple/Oracle
  23. presentation a few weeks ago and SQL*Net was touted over DAL. 
  24. Apparently, Oracle isn't
  25. too pleased with the DAL solution.  I'll dig out my notes and post later
  26. about things I
  27. learned at the presentation - including mention of a Quadra-based Oracle
  28. server.
