- You need Toshiba MSDOS to use the popup, battery gauge, and hotkeys.
- It's also recommended to use their EMM386.EXE if you're going to use
- that over QEMM386, since certain upper memory blocks are used for
- popup and power management in ways that non-OEM memory managers
- won't recognize (C800-CFFF, which you should EXCLUDE).

- The power management routines themselves are built into the BIOS and
- the Intel microcode. Since the planar BIOS is inactive with OS/2
- it's a safe bet they won't work there.

- Vanilla Windows 3.1 works just dandy. You need to add a (provided)
- 386enh device driver to your Windows setup to make suspend/resume
- work properly with Windows.
