  11. Does anyone know, and want to tell, if any of the sound cards
  12. can do a text to speech process in the background. My Sound
  13. Blaster has that popup music thing that can play music as a
  14. background process while doing other computing.  I want mine
  15. to read the usenet news to me while I do other computing.
