  12. Hi,
  13.    I have had my computer for 3 years.  Today, for some reason, when I
  14. tried to access my 3.5" 1.44 Meg drive, it gives me a General Failure Reading
  15. Drive message.  Now, I have not installed any new hardware or software
  16. since yesterday when it was working fine.  Is there anything I can try
  17. before bringing it in somewhere to get fixed?

  19.    I would appreciate ANY help.
