- I recently purchased an internal GVC 14.4K baud modem for my EPS
- 386-33, to replace my 2400 baud. I think that the automatic modem-
- configuring program in Telix is great, but it seems that my modem is
- newer than the latest version of the file. The one that came with Telix 3.15
- only had one GVC modem listed, and the newer one, from the file TXMDM207.ZIP
- which I found on wuarchive had a total of about six or so GVC modems, none
- of which were 14.4K baud. If anyone knows of a still newer one (or better
- yet, if the author of the file reads this), could this modem be tacked onto
- the list? The modem number of my modem is:
-
- FM-144HVbis
- (The non-fax version is SM-144HVbis)
-
- Please mail any useful info.
-
- Thanks,
-
- - Neal
