- From my experience QBasic runs faster, how I tested this was to run the
- same code under both interpreters on an NEC V30 (8086) running at 10Mhz
- with an 8087 installed (I don't know if the co-processor was used). But
- the difference in speed wasn't THAT noticeable. The program was a simple
- graphics animation of running horses that came with the 1st edition of DOS
- Power Tools by Paul Somerson.
