  12.  I seem to have screwed up a disk drive.  I have a Maxtor 8760s 676 Meg.
  13.  hard drive.  The problem is that it only thinks it has about 300 megs.
  14.  Somehow i managed to change the information on the disk that says how
  15.  many cylinders it has.  The only way I thought I could change it was
  16.  through installing our interactive unix on it.  There is a step in the
  17.  install that ask if you would like to change the info.  When i tried,
  18.  it told me the controller would not allow me to change the cylinder
  19.  information.

  21.     How can I make this scsi disk know how many cylinders it really has?
