  17. Maybe you should check around and get a diffeent bank. In most countries
  18. I know, that is highly bank dependent but in all you can get them cashed
  19. Sometimes they will charge you ( in Canada, I have never had a bank
  20. charge me extra over the usual exchange rate spread). With electronic
  21. banking there is no exceuse for any other approach, especially as they
  22. can always come back and take the money out of your account if the check
  23. does not clear.
