  13.     I am told by Borland that the BCC 3.0 purchased by me can't be
  14. upgraded to v3.1 since it was bought under a scholar program, and also advised
  15. that I consider buying a new version.  I would like to live with BCC 3.0 since
  16. I do not wish to spend big bucks at this time.  I am posting this to know the
  17. problems/constraints which I may encounter while running BCC 3.0 on win3.1
