- At least a 386 with at least 6 megs of RAM, in my opinion. 8 megs
- wouldn't hurt. I'm running on a 386 16mhz with 11 meg and OS/2
- runs quite well. You'll also want a VGA card and about 30 megs of
- hard drive space (remember you're getting OS/2, WinOS/2, and DOS here).
- You might also need a bit of patience, especially with older systems.
- Remember, this is a new OPERATING SYSTEM, not a GUI over DOS. It will
- take some getting used to.

- >3) How do other programs/games work with it ?
-
- I have yet to find a DOS program it won't run. Games, however, may
- run a bit slower than DOS. I have a feeling that 32 bit access to
- your memeory may help there. A faster CPU wouldn't hurt either.
- Windows 3.1 programs and any program that either puts your CPU
- into protected mode or use their own memory manager will not work.
- Win 3.1 support is coming soon.
-
- >Thanks in advance.
-
- Sure. My advice is that if you are a power user, you will probably
- like OS/2. If you don't like change or tweaking your system, Win 3.1
- may be a better bet.
