  13. I am looking for comparisions between the three modems listed in the subject.   
  14. I have a gateway 2000 telepath and am seeing if it might be better to get an  
  15. external version of one of the other two.  In Computer shopper they list the  
  16. trasmit rate for the first two at 14.4k but the telepath at 9600.  Also, they  
  17. list the modem speed for the telepath at 2400.  Can anyone tell me what this  
  18. means?

  20. I'm also looking for stories about the LightCom144FB by lightning because I am  
  21. looking for the best price and it states in CS that it is MAC/PC/UNIX  
  22. compatible.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
