- I have noticed quite a few folks looking for VGA to NTSC and I suppose what
- they really intend to do is may be SOFTWARE --> VGA --> NTSC --> VCR or TV.

- So why not go SOFTWARE --> CGA --> already has NTSC and always had --> VCR.

- The original IBM CGA card had NTSC video out and it worked darn well!
- Cost about free to $10 here on the net and as far as I know most software
- supports the CGA card, WINDOWS, AUTOCAD, STATGRAPHICS. etc.
