  14. Thanks to all who emailed me their help!
  15. FYI, the problem all along was the fact that the MPU-401 and LAPC
  16. drivers that come with win3.1 don't work with the Music Quest MIDI
  17. card (so much for being MPU-401 compat, eh?).  I dl'ed the MQ windows
  18. driver from the MQ BBS and set it on IRQ5 (unused) and Addr: 330 (default).
  19. Now it apparently works.
