  12. My brother has a Packard-Bell 386SX clone with an extended or enhanced
  13. keyboard.  If he has the NumLock key on, he gets strange results when using
  14. some spreadsheet and other programs.  As soon as he turns the numlock key
  15. off, the problem vanishes.  He's had the same problem with two different
  16. brands of keyboards.  He installed the BIOS to reflect the presence of an
  17. enhanced keyboard.  Any thoughts?
