  12. FWIW, Gateway offers a 9600 bps fax/modem called the Telepath that
  13. has v.32/v.32bis/v.42/v.42bis, meaning that it can go at 14,400 bps
  14. to another v.32bis modem and has error correction and data
  15. compression modes with other v.42/v.42bis modems.  this modem is
  16. available to previous and current customers only at $195.
