- I finally got the LXT-200A (not a LXT-213A) and the Maxtor 7213A to work
- together. I had first tried a number of different possibilities (jumpers,
- controllers, etc.) with the 7213A as the master and the LXT-200A as the
- slave.
-
- The configuration that I finally succeeded in getting to work was:
- LXT-200A as master
- 7213A as slave
- Miniscribe IDE controller (the old one that came with the LXT-200A)
-
- Now if I could only get the Disk Active light to light up when either
- disk was active. (When the 7213A was the master it did, but not with
- the LXT-200A as master and the light connector plugged into the LXT-200A.)
