- I recently added a HiColor DAC to my 1Mb Speedstar+. Seems to work
- fine, except in one case:
-
- If I run Windows 3.1 in 800x600x32K mode, the card appears to drive
- the display at about 31 KHz, and INTERLACED. It should (and is
- configured via VMODE) be driving it at around 48 KHz, NON-interlaced.
-
- The pecular thing is that this happens only in this one mode.
-
- 800x600x256 is fine (NI), as is 1024x768x256, as is 640x480x32K. It's
- only the 800x600x32K that's flickering.
-
- I've got what Diamond says are the latest drivers, dated 3/1/92. They
- seem stumped by these symptoms. Do they sound familiar to anyone?
