- I've got these 'dual' floppy drives -- they actually have two floppies built
- into a single 1/2-high drive. One is 3.5", the other 5.25". I have two of
- these in my system. Therefore, I have four floppy disks installed.
- MS-DOS will recognize and access all 4 floppies, as I can attest. It's
- the BIOS that is the limiting factor. As far as I know, MR-BIOS is the
- only BIOS with 4-floppy support. This is one of the many reasons I use
- MR-BIOS. MR-BIOS supports 4 floppies from a single controller, or
- dual controllers (primary/secondary) with two floppies each. This way,
- I'm never inconvenienced when I need to copy 1.2M or 1.44M diskettes.
