- The October 1991 issue of Radio Electronics has an article on how to build a
- VGA to NTSC converter ... you can buy all the parts separately, or they give
- the address for a place to order a complete kit, for around $150 (which they
- recommend). I don't know of any specific commercial cards, but I have heard
- they exist.

- (BTW, the October 1990 issue has just the opposite in it - a device to convert
- NTSC signals to VGA signals; this was mentioned here a few weeks ago.)
