- The reason you are likely having problems is as you guessed - the CMOS must
- be changed. On the PS/2 machines a back-up of the CMOS is on diskette -
- along with the necessary software to change the CMOS. There may be 3rd
- party utilities, but perhaps the easiest thing to do is get another copy of
- the system configuration disk from an IBM dealer.
