- I wish that I had had the good experiences that others have posted,
- but they have been unresponsive and incompetent with respect to the
- porblems in their software with respect to OS/2.

- I have no complaints about the quality of their hardware. I do find
- it a bit unusual that they would set up a 900 number for support. I
- really don't care for paying when their product doesn't work, even if
- it's only a flat $5.
