  28. I wish that I had had the good experiences that others have posted,
  29. but they have been unresponsive and incompetent with respect to the
  30. porblems in their software with respect to OS/2.

  32. I have no complaints about the quality of their hardware.  I do find
  33. it a bit unusual that they would set up a 900 number for support.  I
  34. really don't care for paying when their product doesn't work, even if
  35. it's only a flat $5.
