- I recently purchased a used PS/2 model 30 (80286). It came with an
- external 360K drive which is bulky and essentially useless for my
- sister-in-law (intended user). I have disconnected the drive and
- removed the internal card drive controller. However, upon reboot the
- computer clearly detects an error and requires you to press F1 to
- reboot. I think the CMOS is still configured to look for the external
- floppy. I can't seem to find a way to modify the CMOS configuration
- information. I currently have no documentation for the unit (the
- previous owner will send it to me soon). I tried using my old
- SETUP.EXE program from my old AT, but it's DOS 3.2 and gets confused.
- How can I remedy this problem?
