- Hi everybody... well, I have a question for all of you PC memory experts
- out there. A friend of mine has a 386sx/20 with 4 megs of simm RAM. Now,
- he wants to get an additional four megs to enable him to run OS/2 smoothly.
-
- Here's my question:
-
- Where is the best place to get cheap, fast, and reliable memory?
-
- He's looked at a few places... Swan, where he bought his computer, sells
- it for $92US per meg for 80nanosecond RAM. TigerSoftware sells 60ns RAM
- for $54US.
-
- It is essential for him to have 60ns RAM as that is what has already
- installed on his motherboard. So any help that anyone can give me would
- be greatly appreciated.
-
- You may write to me: stmfarqu@upei.ca and I will forward all the answers
- to my friend..... Thanks a lot
