  11. Does anyone here know how I can possibly upgrade my Tandy 1000SX to
  12. some more modern neccessities?

  14. It is a 8088-based machine with 640k and two 360k 5.25 drives. And two
  15. modems plugged into the Com port. One is a 1200bps and the other is a
  16. 2400bps.

  18. Now, I'm currently seeking a hard drive or a hardcard, or even a 720k
  19. drive in lieu of a 360k drive.

  21. My question is, how can I upgrade to a 720k or a 1.44 3.5 drive? I've seen
  22. prices for tandy drives at 159.00 and I assume it is because there is some
  23. special hardware required to make it functional on such a old machine,
  24. but what do you guys think?

  26. Also, I'm looking for a MFM or RLL 30mb and up hard drive with a 8-bit
  27. controller.

  29. Please, somebody, help me out here. I know there's got to be some experts
  30. on the infamous Tandy system and how to upgrade them minotaurs.
