- I am running QEMM on a 386-40 with 2 Meg of RAM. I have AMI Bios with the Video and System ROM shadowed.
- My display system is an Orchid Prodesigner II with 512K.
-
- In my config.sys:
-
- Device=c:\qemm\qemm.sys RAM ST:F XST=F000
-
- The problem has only shown up with PCUSA (I was trying to take a look at the elevations in Southern
- Louisana where Andrew hit). All of the menus in PCUSA have the characters scrambled. I suspect the
- problem is with the VGA memory regions in the UMB. I have tried the following:
-
- qemm.sys RAM ST:F X=A000-CFFF XST=F000
-
- But it does no good. Does anyone have suggestions?
