- ZEOS offers more to our customers by supporting them via the
- internet than what our competitors currently offer. Response times by
- electronic mail during normal business hours are within a half an hour
- of receiving the message. It is my job to make sure that these
- messages are replied to quickly and professionally. There have been
- several issues that have been able to be resolved by contacting
- us through electronic mail. The modem order problem that was mentioned
- earlier is being escalated to the sales persons manager for investigation.
- The advent of the release of our products guide shows ZEOS' willingness
- to make the information about our products available to everyone that is
- interested. Technical specifications on our products are being posted to
- the biz.zeos.announce usenet groups. We have the biz.zeos.general reserved
- for anyone who has a question that doesn't need immediate attention. We have
- added sales offices in Canada and Europe.
- We have the ability to e-mail drivers and install guides to anyone
- on the Internet that has a valid e-mail address. These same drivers are being
- made available on our list server. There are more features being added to
- our internet connection through electronic mail and news on a daily basis.
