- My first Telepath appeared via 2nd day air (only 6 1/2 mo. late)
- and refused to acknowledge that I had a dial tone. I talked with
- technical support and they sent me another one 10 days later (they
- were still fulfilling backorders or would've been sent next day) I
- received my present modem -- and it works flawlessly.
-
- In spite of spilling oceans of ink acknowledging the customer
- service problems, they continue. If technical support hadn't been
- so wonderful (knowledgeable, understanding, apologetic), I doubt I
- would ever have ordered from them again; as it is I can no longer
- recommend them unreservedly as I had in the past.
-
- So, Jason, call technical support. If you can get through, they
- will take care of you.
