  40. Some of us in the real world appreciate being able to buy systems configured
  41. minimally for use as network workstations, async comm servers, or just as a
  42. basis to build a UNIX box.  The super VGA and 200MB IDE drive is pretty use-
  43. less if what you're after is a mono display, 64MB RAM, 1GB of SCSI and so
  44. forth.  It's nice to be able to get the bare platform and build what you need
  45. for the application in hand.

  47. Anyway, Zeos, Gateway, Dell and just about every other vendor out there (now
  48. including Big Blue) will configure a system exactly the way the customer
  49. wants it, so what's your problem?
