  18. I would have loved to post this in reply to your experience but our
  19. newsreader/poster is under construction (upgrade).  Anyway, I ordered
  20. their offer of the Cardinal 14.4K Fax/Modem.  I placed my order and asked
  21. the sales rep if I could have it Friday (I ordered it Wednesday last week)
  22. and he said we'll try and charged me priority shipping.  A few phone calls
  23. and aggravation has ensued.  I got a message on my machine (finally) this
  24. afternoon from customer service and they said that they finally know
  25. what the status of my order is:  it's backordered and may take between
  26. 10 to 15 days.  Now the sales rep never told me about this when I ordered
  27. and he never could give me a straight answer when I spoke to him twice.
