- Hello
-
- A friend of mine in South America wants to connect a PC to an X.25
- packet-switched network. He claims he needs a modem (I assume it must
- be a synchronous one) and a special card for the PC of which he only
- knows a particular brand, called MICROTROL CI X.25 X (HW+SW X@%/ASCII
- UNIX/XENIX). (He plans to run SCO Xenix on the PC).
-
- Can someone give me any information about all this? Specifically, where
- can I find vendors for this type of equipment and exactly what to ask
- for?
-
- Please reply by email, I can summarize if there is interest.
-
- Thanks in advance.
-
- Regards.
- Jorge
